Flanged fittings
Flanged fitting represents a welded component intended for connection of flexible pipes to one another or for connection of flexible pipes to the technological equipment.
Depending on the operation conditions flanged fittings are made from:
- steel 20 GOST 1050;
- steel 09Г2С GOST 19281;
- corrosion- resistant steel 12Х18Н10Т GOST 5632.
The flanges used in the design comply with GOST 33259-2015 «Flanges. Design, dimensions and technical requirements». Connection dimensions of flanges comply with GOST 33259-2015 «Flanges. Design, dimensions and technical requirements». For sealing joints steel gaskets are used in compliance with GOST 53561-2009 «Steel gaskets for valve flanges».
For installation of the fittings reducing compression device is employed.
In consultation with the customer other materials may be used.
