High-pressure piping systems with heat insulation layer represent polymer-armored flexible multilayer piping intended for transportation and pumping of aggressive media, oil, gas (including admixtures), chemical liquids under the temperatures from minus 60ºС to plus 60ºС and operating pressure of up to 180 аtm.  They are used for laying on land and can sustain both dynamic and static loads.

High-pressure piping systems with heat insulation are intended specifically for low temperatures. Presence of the heat insulation layer makes it possible to significantly reduce thermal losses, accordingly the fluids may be transported over the long distances without additional heating.

The structure of the high-pressure piping systems with heat insulation may vary depending on the operation conditions and necessity to perform specified functions. The internal diameter may vary from 30 to 140 mm considering the operation conditions. Operating pressure is from 40 to 180 atm.

  • To tie-in the segments the fitting gear is used.
  • Patent protection of the design on the territory of Russia is ensured.
  • The high-pressure piping systems are manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications of the manufacturer basing on the TU compliance certificate.

High-pressure piping systems as compared to metal piping have the following advantages: larger end-to-end dimensions and consequently reduction of the installation time, provision for underwater, underground and aboveground laying. The components being in contact with the fluids and external environment are made of polymers and demonstrate high corrosion resistance.

The high-pressure piping systems may be placed into the narrow trench (the trench width is by 40% less than for steel piping). Due to reduction of the volume of welding works, works on protection of the welding joints and insulation coating, installation, laying and putting into operation is eight times as fast as in the case with the steel piping.

Irrespective of the fluid corrosive power the service life of the high-pressure piping systems is longer than for steel piping.

Depending on the operation conditions it is possible to make the reinforcing layer from polymer tapes, preserving the maximum values of the internal operating pressure, which provides for chemical resistance of the pipe to all aggressive media in case of production and transportation of gas and oil.

Five-layer inner liner, comprising a barrier layer made from special material, ensures reduction and complete elimination of gas permeability in comparison to other piping. Our competitors cannot boast of such opportunities Due to reduction of gas permeability the barrier layer decreases corrosion of metal tapes or completely fixes the problem. The piping of this type is used for delivery of oil and gas with high content of СО2, H2S and CH2.

The barrier layer of 1 mm thick demonstrates same characteristics as the wall made of the low -pressure polyethylene of 10m thick.
